Get HSA Investment Details

This service returns the Investment Details for Devenir Investment Accounts Only, not WealthCare Investments.
- If this service is called for an HSA account without an associated Investment Account, all Zeroes will be returned.
- If this service is called for an HSA account with a WealthCare Investment Account, the portfolio and total balance amounts will return values, but the InvestmentAllocation collection will return Zeroes.
- If this service is called for a Non-HSA account, Null will be returned.
