This is used to upload a document to a POS and manual claim transactions.

  • tpaId string Required

    A unique identifier used to identify your admin instance. This value was system generated with the admin instance was created.

  • employerId string Required

    Unique identifier for the employer. Note: When the employer was created, WealthCare Admin assigned the 3-character prefix; you assigned the remaining characters.

  • employeeId string Required

    Unique identifier for the employee.

  • settlementDate string <date-time> Required

    Settlement date for POS or manual claim transaction. YYYYMMDD format.

  • settlementSequenceNumber string Required

    Settlement sequence number for POS or manual claim transaction.

  • fileName string Required

    Document file name.

  • fileBase64 string Required

    File contents represented as Base64 string.

  • SettlementDate string Required

    Settlement date for POS or manual claim transaction. YYYYMMDD format.

  • SettlementSequenceNumber string Required

    Settlement sequence number for POS or manual claim transaction.

  • FileName string Required

    Document file name.

  • DocumentId string Required

    Unique identifier for the document.
